Coming back to Eliot after reading the new John McPhee book for a couple of days has me lost again. Thank you, Internet, for this great map. I can't make any sense out of it, either, but it's reassuring somehow.
...Now I don't have to worry about reading the thing. I have no idea what any of that means, though I am intrigued by the Joshua Riggs character. And I always have a soft spot in my heart (heart?) for characters with filthy sounding names: Freshitt, Laidislaw, and Bambridge. Enjoy!
And that map isn't even very complete. I'm thinking about making baseball cards for the characters. Maybe pokemon style cards so people could play it like a game. People would buy that. For their English-teacher friends for Christmas.
