I dunno. In my day, kids didn't eat dirt. We just didn't. It's a different world these days, and I blame the Internet.This shot is from playing with the kids outside today after getting home from a childless weekend in Chicago. More about that later.

Well, when I was his age and I wanted to experience life, I read books and watched PBS shows like NOVA and Masterpiece Theater. I didn't eat dirt.
Times have changed, I guess.
Mr. Hill, maybe you should clarify to your children that being environmentally conscious doesn't necessarily mean that you have to eat dirt.
